Founded in March 1999, Jiangyin Huaya Chemical Co., Ltd. is situated in Shizhuang Chemical Industry Park, Huangtu Town, Jiangyin in the Yangtze River Delta Region, which has pleasing scenery and easy traffic accessibility. The Company mainly engages in research & development, production and sale of nitroxyl series of inhibitors, TFT liquid crystal monomers and mixed crystal series. There are currently more than 200 employees in the Company, including more than 80 engineering technicians. Besides, the Company has strong capability of product development and technical transformation, all necessary utilities, advanced devices and equipment, rigorous internal management, products with high quality and clean factory environment.

Corporate events
In 1999, the Company was established through restructuring of Jiangyin Shengang Organic Chemical Factory.
In 2001, the Company was rated as an “Entity with Advanced Technology” by Jiangyin Office of Chemical and Medical Light Industry and passed the (iso90012000) quality system certification.
In 2006, The Company was rated as a “Grade AAA Enterprise Observing Contracts and Keeping Promises of Wuxi” by Wuxi and one of the “Top 100 National Township Chemical Enterprises” and an “Advanced National Township Chemical Enterprise” jointly by the Ministry of Chemical Industry and the Ministry of Agriculture.
In 2010, the Company was rated as an “Enterprise of Integrity in Labor Security” by Wuxi.
In 2015, the Company moved to Shizhuang Chemical Industry Park, Huangtu Town.
In 2017, the Company was rated as “Worker Vanguard” by Jiangyin Lingang Economic Development Zone Federation of Trade Unions and the “Safe Production Supervision and Management Office” by Jiangyin.
